Falls Prevention Awareness Day is held annually on the first day of fall – this year it’s Monday, September 23. Falls are a leading cause of injury for people aged 65 and older, but they are not an inevitable part of aging.
We want to remind you that keeping an active lifestyle is your best defense against catastrophic falls, and there is research to prove it!
Please read and share these simple steps to help everyone understand how they can contribute to preventing falls!
